During an impromptu news conference at an event to propose a rollback of environmental regulations, President Trump responds to a question about what might have caused the downing of a Ukrainian airliner in Tehran killing all on board. "Well, I have my suspicions. I don't want to say that, because other people have those suspicions also. ... Somebody could've made a mistake on the other side," Trump says about Ukranian plane. "Some people say it was mechanical. Personally, I don't think that's even a question." He also says that the black boxes should provide answers and that while Boeing should receive them, he would be happy if the Iranians give them to France or someone else for analysis to determine the cause of the crash. close
