To solve this problem, we will need the following information:
1. Link to the fake account that's using your personal information.
2. Description of the problem (what exactly was copied, e.g., profile photo, information, name).
3. Photo of an official document (passport, driving license, smart card, student card, transcript). We don't need the document's number or any other information aside from your photo, name and official document stamp. The rest can be covered up or blurred out in a photo editor.
4. Photo of your face with your request in the background (i.e. near your monitor with your question displayed).
We need all this to make sure that you are a real owner of the information.
