Cash-strapped Inter Milan have been offered a £20million new shirt sponsorship deal by porn company Stripchat as their 30-year association with Pirelli comes to an end. Yes, you read that right.

The Serie A giants have long been sponsored by tyre company Pirelli, earning around the region of £10m-a-year from the deal.

The news that the pair were parting company earlier this month brought an end to one of the most iconic kit partnerships in football - which stretches as far back as the 1995/96 season.

The likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Wesley Sneijder and Adriano have all donned the famous black and blue stripes over the years.

And adult webcam company Stripchat have already lay down their marker to become Inter's new sponsor - sending through a proposal to club chiefs, as well as a mock-up of what the shirt would look like.

Just one problem, it uses the colours of their famous arch rivals AC Milan.

While it may seem crazy to even entertain such an idea, Inter are currently struggling for cash and who knows, they might be tempted.

The Italian club reportedly chasing a £146m cash injection in order to ensure they can continue running as a operation next season.

Meanwhile, Inter are said to have missed a payment to Manchester United as part of the deal which saw them sign Romelu Lukaku.

The Serie A leaders bought Lukaku for a mega fee of £73million in 2019, but it is understood they still owe £43m of that cash and a £4.3m bonus went unpaid recently.
