Project deliverables

These are the outputs of the project. Deliverables can be those created during the planning, execution, or closing phases of a project and those needed to manage the project or help create the product or result. Exclusions. This is a list of features, functions, services, or deliverables that are not included in the scope of work or project objectives.

Change management plan

This is the process for how changes will be managed. Changes to the project can include changes to the project scope, deliverables, requirements, or even changes to the project budget or schedule. Changes can be initiated from any stakeholder and must be documented. Some changes don't have an impact on the delivery of the project, and others do. Regardless, all changes must be documented, tracked, reviewed, and statuses. A change control board is a recognized team of stakeholders that review and make decisions regarding changes that will or will not be made to the project. And the change order form. This is used to document any change that may be needed to the project.

Version Control

This provides a documented history of when the project scope statement was originally approved and by whom, as well as a list of any subsequent agreed to changes by the change control board. In this manner, the project scope statement is a living document, as are all other project planning documents. All project documents must record the changes to the project and keep an accurate record of what is being produced. A version control section is important to include with all of the project deliverables. The WBS is a key tool that project managers can use to define and manage scope. It is a tool that allows the project to be broken down into manageable work packages. All projects will be composed of numerous subcomponents of work, each designed to support the objectives and requirements for the project. Each subcomponent may include many deliverables, and these may be divided further into work packages. A work package is made up of a set of activities or tasks that must be performed in order to create its associated deliverable. Essentially, you are determining all of the work and deliverables that must be completed in the project. To do this, you develop a hierarchy from the top down, starting with the project, the deliverables, and then the associated work packages. This can be done via a tree diagram or via an outline-type approach.

Small scale industries are a major factor in why large scale businesses thrive as they are very much inter-connected on the surface. This leads to mutual sharing of different ideas, technologies, guidelines, frameworks, etc. There is an increase in the number of frameworks that are serving both large and small businesses. Nowadays, scalability is being given more importance rather than devising frameworks and policies according to the size of the business. It has become extremely important to the designers of these frameworks to consider the scalability factor as it helps to determine a successful framework. A small scale business requires face to face communication with its clients, so the employees or the leadership team itself should be present whenever there arises a problem. It is a benchmark for companies of both small and large scale; if they deal with the customers properly, then they might be benefited from higher returns and mutual trust. It sets up an environment of healthy marketing, and this leads to the proper conduct of business and trade. There are several small-scale businesses that have turned themselves into large-scale industries in the long run; in fact, the majority of the large-scale industries started as small-scale businesses, to be precise. There are companies in the Silicon Valley that start at a very minimal scale but within years are able to procure the trust of several consumers and are able to provide services to a variety of customers across the globe. Some famous examples of such companies are Amazon, Google, Apple, Ford Motors, Alibaba, etc., which are now trillion and billion-dollar companies. These are also noted for their fast and quality customer service and high customer satisfaction.
