Good Health is the basis of a good life. Eating a balanced diet is one of the best ways to stay healthy. Even if you are a health-conscious person who focuses on taking a healthy diet, if you analyse your past three-month diet, you would notice that it has not been all that balanced. There were days whereby your diet was not all that healthy. Our eating habits are not 100% perfect. There are days when we might skip meals, grab fast food, or simply not have access to the freshest ingredients. Over time, these small gaps can add up, leaving us low in important nutrients.
