About the Ramadan Festival

The holy month of Ramadan begins with the call to prayer from the mosques all over the globe. After that, prayers will be answered from every Muslim house. The story of the Ka'ba is also related to the Ramadan. When the caravan made its way to Mecca, they encountered the river Raqfat. The idol of Hajjaj was standing on its water source. When the caravan approached, the idol fainted and started to sink in the river. The waters dried up the caravan.

Two years later, Muslim traders reached Mecca. They built the mosque that we know today. During this time, the Kaaba was built. When Muslims arrived from Arabia, they took with them the Hadith.
